Go to Speedtest and click on "Begin now" then after it's done click on "Copy forum link" and paste it in a post in here. I will match it up to your name and put it on the ladder below (I am basing your position on downloads to make it easy for me).

no they wont let me out my contract

Fair trading states that if a product does not perform as told to you you are entitled to a full refund to cancellation of any contracts.

What were you told?

My suggestion would be to call them up and tell them that you were informed that the speeds you would be getting were XMb/s and you are getting YMb/s and that they need to increase your speeds to what you agreed to or they are in violation of the terms to which you signed up.

Get the ACCC involved and the TIO if you have to. I am sure I have their numbers here somewhere...

they told me that i basicly have to deal with it from the 30 of march to the 14 of april they turned of my phone and internet cos i had a go at them for my speeds im on adsl2+ more then 2 KM
away from the exchange and i get less or around 150kb/s i have screenshots to prove it

They can't deny you service for complaining. That is against the law, you are paying them for a service they are not delivering from the sounds of it.

Talk to the TIO, they will tell you if you have a case.

Considering you & Bec play on that connection, I am surprised. I would've thought you were faster than me.
