No when I did the original logo options I did some applications samples but they were only on black Tees and black caps. I had the large X graphic on the front (centre chest) and the full logo on the back upper shoulder blades bit smaller. Then on the right sleeve I had a smaller logo repeated again. Nema's ones are his designs Greg.
Also I think Nema may have been proposing that the two t-shirt options he showed are two separate designs not a front and a back as my original black tee versions. Though his second option using only the graphic element may need the full logo smaller somewhere so people know what it is. However if they aren't intended for external promotional use then you don't really need the full worded logo. If going the promo tee you'd probably want the
www.waxlan.org or at least waxlan.org address somewhere on the shirt too.
Also those were just very brief samples to show the way the graphic element can be used separately when applying the branding. These are important parts of a good logo - flexibility across different media.
I've had some "much" more interesting ideas for graphical treatment on different applications since. My designs would likely be a 3 colour affair too... (Green, white and charcoal on a black tee) which may put me offside with the production budget

. If you have some ideas you're wanting to input happy to work with you on a series of joint submissions. Mind you I think the original post stated free tee for the winning designer so would that still apply in the plural sense if it were a collaborative effort?

(not that I think I'd win but I just didn't think the competition was designed with the idea of group entries?)
