hey, im jockyred and interested in doing the 4v4 lan of halo 3, my team -lycans- normaly has a 5 team clan thing. just wondering if we can swap one person each game or perhaps we could do a few 5v5's? can the person who is running this lan please respond.

im not running anything, far from it but last time (which was my first lan) we had 5 players, we swapped when we wanted a break or whatever.. but it was rllly annoying since 4 players sit on a table nicely ( we brought 5 xbox's) ... so yes it is possible but not advisable coz its kinda a fk around.

i understand that, thanks though, but how is it a fk around? all you do is swap one person over each game =] and why do you need to bring ur own extention cords?

in case your set-up is too far from the main motherboard.

Welcome Jocky, there are people that need players in their teams so the extra person will be put to better use on another team. The extension cable is helpfull when we are playing in our large hall(we are not this time) but heaps of ppl bring extra extension cable so its not that vital but one per team is helpfull...no we wont be doing any 5v5 unless you want to organise it in the anything go's period of the game....

hey Deth, teams are organised in the other post or as a last resort on the night....
also in the future we can look at having bigger teams, but we only have 4 prizes for the first place team...so unless Greg changes something its going to teams of 4

If allready in a team, makes it alot easier setting-up and noing numbers, for quick and start on set time

i will go in a team of 4 with anybody who is interested. im pretty good =]
