• Sign up to LAN
• Attend LAN with all requirements
• Have a good time

I no longer will be following up. And you can't after attendance is closed, otherwise it get's too difficult (and frustrating) to organise last minute.

I got sick of the last minute ringing around on Saturdays to even up teams. I work Saturdays and I need to concentrate on doing my job. If you say you are coming, be true to your word and be responsible enough to attend or cancel in due time. We will be making it clear to any teams that come up short that who's fault it is that they are short, and maybe even giving out phone numbers. :P

We'll get Bob to confirm the hall, lock this thread and make an official announcement on the front page with a sign up. How does that sound?

Also, we need to get the form done up getting all attendees details and an insurance notice.
