Only those playing in MW2 or Halo 3 will be expected to chip in for hall hire.

Important note for Halo 3 players: I will not be skipping any Halo 3 maps this LAN because someone does not have them working on their console.

My advice is to do this:

1. Put Halo 3 into your console while connected to the Xbox Live and start up the game to ensure that you have any updates available.
2. Switch off your console and disconnect your ethernet cable or wireless adapter (do not do this while your console is on).
3. Turn your console on and sign in with the profile you intend to use at the LAN.
4. Start up Halo 3 and set up a custom multiplayer match. Check that all the downloaded maps appear in your list to choose from.
5. Test a map, any map, just as long as it is one you have downloaded.

If you find that your downloaded maps are not working, you will need to download them again. Then repeat the above steps.

If you have replaced your console (but not your HDD) at some point and downloading again does not fix your problem, you will need the Xbox 360 License Transfer Tool, all relevant information can be found here, but be aware, you can only use this tool once every 12 months.

I am not sure if NemaLive is using the new maps for MW2, but I would definitely recommend ensuring you have the latest update for MW2 before coming to the LAN.

Do we need any maps for Halo3 other than the ODST ?

ODST comes with all the maps.
