I'm tempted to get lego rockband or rockband2 (if I see it instore anywhere).. thought the tracks that came with lego rockband sucked though lol.. at least I can use my other rockband/rockband ac/dc tracks with it. Really only want one or the other for the no fail mode for when playing with my nephew

The reason for getting Lego Rockband is the Lego aspect of it. It plays exactly like every other GH ot RB game out there, except your rewards are the ability to build your own tour van/bus, rehearsal studio, stages etc.

I am a bit over the guitar games as we had 5 in the span of a year. That is just my vision of profiteering, minor changes to the games and songs that could have been DLC.

I actually prefer the track listing in Lego Rock Band, things like Breakout, Ghostbusters and the Final Countdown. Seem to be gear more towards the family than the Rock driven others. They're probably available as DLC already anyway, but I wanna play as Lego Iggy Pop.

I dunno, the Lego games have an appeal to me

I got Beatles Rockband the day it came out, probably the only music game where it looks like they actually cared what they were making, easily the best music game there is, and I pretty much have them all.

That being said if you hate the Beatles your not going to like it, but if you hate the beatles your going to hell anyway.
jks :)

I have a love/hate thing for metallica, basically love any era of metallica when cliff burton was still alive, cause he was the only one that didn't give a crap about commercialism.
